The Hotel

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a resort hotel located in Tulsa, OK. In addition to having a wonderful ballroom for the event, the resort features 2 dance clubs, 2 pools, a golf course, and several food options both on property and across the street.

 

We will be located in the convention center of the hotel; our room tower is just steps away from the ballroom.  It will not be necessary to enter the casino for the event; the center has its own entrance.

The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport, and a 24-hour on call shuttle is available.

​The hotel rate for Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th is  $169/night.
